Privacy Notice

We collect the email address and optional course preferences you provide to operate the launch list, learner accounts, measure demand and send project updates. We also collect limited campaign-attribution and interaction data to understand which messages are useful.

AI learning assistants

When you use an AI learning assistant, we process your question, the recent conversation context and relevant reviewed course excerpts to produce an answer. This information may be sent to the model provider configured for that assistant. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health records or other sensitive personal information.

Assistant conversations are temporary by default and are removed after the short operational window stated in the product. A conversation is kept in your account only when you choose “Save conversation.” You can reopen, export or permanently delete saved conversations. Limited safety, cost and performance metadata may be retained separately for security and accounting.

Chat content is not sent to Google Analytics or FWU session replay. Opening the assistant disables replay for that interface. Login, account, checkout and administration pages are also excluded from replay.

Analytics

With your affirmative permission, we use Google Analytics and FWU behavior analytics to understand aggregate site usage, traffic sources, heatmaps and friction. These services may process device, browser, approximate location and usage information. We do not sell personal information.

You may decline optional analytics and continue using the site. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through the “Privacy choices” control.

Your choices

We retain launch-list information while the project is active or until you ask us to remove eligible data. To unsubscribe, use the link in an email or contact privacy@learnfromthesource.com. You may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information.

This notice will be reviewed and expanded before the platform begins accepting paid subscriptions in additional jurisdictions.
